Almost done week 3

I gained 1 pound this week but I'm not too worried about it. I had a mixed up week with work and travel commitments. Regardless I HAVE STILL GOTTEN IN ALL OF MY WORKOUTS!!!! Yay!!!
I am committed to the journey with all of its ups and downs. Today was yoga and I am getting stronger all the time. That is my main motivation. I love feeling strong, slim, sexy and successful. That is my motto. It helps me remember to act like the person I want to be. Every little bit helps:)
