Day 2! Yay!!
That means I survived day 1:)
The workouts seem to be easy for me to commit to but the food has always been my struggle. In the past I have started changing my life guns a blazing!! I go hard for 6 months or a year and then gradually I fade out and 6 months later I am almost back where I started. This time I am trying the more moderate approach with food. Balance instead of all or nothing. Day 1 was a success, no feelings of deprivation but no crazy eating either!!
Now, let's talk Plyocide. I was dreading it a little as I have very strong memory of plyo from p90x, and with not being in too condition I thought I might be dead by the end of this workout. Luckily for me, Tony Horton is a genius!! There were only a few moves I struggled with and the modifiers were awesome! Don't get me wrong it's still a tough workout, but it at least felt manageable!
Talk to you tomorrow!
