Days 8 and 9

Sorry this is late! My Tuesday is a stupid crazy day where I am walking, carrying and lifting for at least 8 hours with office meetings, driving around kids and being a mom all mixed in there!
I didn't do plyocide as scheduled on Tuesday morning. My body felt sore and I didn't want to make anything worse before work. So today I did plyocide in the afternoon instead of my usual morning workout, I think I have more energy in the afternoon, but my workout was interrupted twice! My 6am workouts go much better that way:)
This week I didn't do the recovery and mobility on Wednesday, and used my Tuesday as my rest day.
On the food side of things I have been sticking to my calorie allowance of 1800 calories. I have mostly been under my at least 150 calories,
