Wow! Time flies!!

Life is crazy now that the kids are back in their routine. So much on my plate, but still managing to get all my workouts in though. And I can't believe the improvement I see in just one week. Thank goodness for muscle memory!! I think it really does help that my body remembers p90x and all the other workouts I have done. This week I have found that my balance has improved, my upper body strength is better (especially in yoga) and my endurance is improving. I think it helps that you know the moves a little bit better too. Next week should rock!
Yesterday was also the start of a wellness challenge at work. It is a 24 week program much like the biggest loser. I am part of the red team and we will face challenges together and gain points along the way, I think it's a fantastic idea, great for accountability and motivation.
Food this week has been fairly good. I am counting calories and writing everything down which is great. It makes me feel like I have control over my choices which for me seems to be essential,
