Day 4 of p90x 2

Well p90x total body workout rocks!!! 67 minutes of all over moves. I can't do push ups on medicine balls yet, but I know I have something to aspire too. It's great to get your heart rate up during a primarily resistance workout. The new ab workout is great as well. No traditional crunches but I am sure I will feel it tomorrow:) its amazing how working out makes you take care of your diet more too. I have been treating myself to some treats, but making sure that they fit into my calorie total foe the day. I think it's important to not deprive myself in that way, for me DIETS DON'T WORK!! I need a balanced common sense approach to eating. Yay!! So far it's working. How very exciting!! BlogBooster-The most productive way for mobile blogging.
