Day 5 and 6

As you may surmise, it's the weekend, less time for blogging, less time for everything! Today I did the mobility and recovery DVD and it was really good. I love foam rolling!!! I find that in all of the p90x series there is a lot of attention to working out the soreness. It makes it much easier to do the really tough workouts.
Yesterday's workout was a different story. X2 balance and power is a workout which makes you sweat simply based on how many muscles you engage in each exercise. I admit there were a couple I had to modify. But hey, that just means more room to improve,
The nutrition end of the story for me has meant tracking what I eat and aiming to achieve the recommended servings. I am having difficulty getting in enough protein. Next week, more protein and looking for the steady improvement on the workouts.
