p90x2 working it out

Well no weight loss to report this week. No weight gain either though thankfully. Though I am noticing a difference in the shape of my body as my muscles are returning!! YAY!!
Today, I couldn't get thru yoga if my life depended on it. I think it was partly because of my disappointment with the scale. I was feeling as if I wasn't accomplishing anythin, so instead of quitting and doing nothing I threw in a turbofire hiit workout. It reved up my metabolism for the day and made me feel accomplished.
All I can think to do next week is measure my portions more closely and hopefully see the scale move.
